This is the 5 day format of the CQI Q grader exam. It is in "lecture/test" format, which provides review and instruction prior to the exam portions of the program. It is recommended for working professionals who have a solid understanding of the SCAA cupping form and deep experience with a variety of coffee origins, but who may need a little refresher on some advanced points. This is NOT a beginners course, please contact us to discuss a personalized training program if you are new to coffee cupping.
Note: This course is being held in a SCAA Certified Lab with a SCAA-credentialed instructor and follows the standardized teaching method in place by SCAA.
