This Q-Grader certification class is being offered in the new lab at Coffeeplant. The lab and learning facilities are state of the art and the learning environment is comfortable and conducive to learning. The class contains both instruction and testing. The successful student will receive a Q-Grader certificate proving their ability to evaluate coffee using the CQI / SCAA protocols. The instructor, Rocky Rhodes, is a certified Q-Grader instructor from Los Angeles, California. He founded Rocky Roaster LLC in 1997 and ran a wholesale / retail coffee roasting company until selling that business in 2009. Mr. Rhodes has successfully trained Q-Graders in Africa, Indonesia, the United States, and many already in Korea. He adds personal stories that helps to learn the course content.

Note: This course is being held in a SCAA Certified Lab with a SCAA-credentialed instructor and follows the standardized teaching method in place by SCAA.
