International Coffee Consulting is proud to announce this Q-Grader course at the new Apffels Coffee Academy Lab in Santa Fe Springs CA. This lab is being certified now and will be complete prior to the start of class. Instructing this course will be Rocky Rhodes. He is a 15 year coffee industry veteran with a wide array of experiences that enrich the Q-Grader course material. Rocky has taught Q-Grader classes in both Producing and Consuming countries. He has written several articles for industry publications and is a sought after trainer for industry events. The class format is “Teach then Test” which has the highest rate of both information transfer and test passing. Rocky’s style gives depth and purpose to the Q-materials and testing.
