Within the framework of the alliance CQI has with the National Learning Service - SENA (Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje), CQI developed two workshops at the end of October in Pitalito, Huila at SENA’s National School of Coffee Quality.
The seminar was designed to address essential topics of roasting one by one and to get the theory applied in the roasters. Eduardo Ambrocio was CQI’s international instructor for the course.
Experiences like this are key to continue the journey of working for Colombian Specialty Coffee.
