Refinement and development of Robusta standards for the international coffee community, and implementation of green grading evaluation protocols, including a specific Robusta cupping form. Q Robusta Grader and Trainer program developed to support and advance differentiation of Robusta coffees based on quality. Standards are now public, and are the industry’s first comprehensive guide of standards and procedures that define Fine Robusta coffee, a class of defect-­free Robusta equivalent to Specialty Arabica.
