Ethiopia, you can find some fabulous coffees and the scenery is breath taking.
What do you think are the benefits of taking the Q?
Well, first of all, the Q is a worldwide coffee language. It is also a highly esteemed qualification so it will bring more credibility and opportunities to anyone that holds such a qualification.
What languages do you speak?
Romanian, English, Italian and some French
What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?
I do consultancy for various companies and I run a lot of courses related to coffee, from barista to roasting and from sensory to green coffee.
Anything else you'd like to add?
The hardest thing to teach is passion. But once you manage to inspire your students and you make them do things out of passion, any course will be a success, regardless if they get a certification or not.
