I don't have a favourite. I like clean and fruity profiles.

Unify the language of processing and teach a methodology.

Italian is my first language, English and Spanish fluently

coffee What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?
I'm a SCA trainer for all 5 modules. Focused mainly in Roasting education I opened a Coffee and Chocolate school in Bogotá Colombia.
