What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?
I am the Coffee Quality Manager at coffee importer and roaster Equal Exchange in West Bridgewater, MA, USA where I oversee all QC on coffee from the point of origin through to the finished coffee product. Over the years I developed a program called Cooperation in Quality, a cooperative to cooperative cupper exchange and I have led many cupping and roasting workshops through my works as the QC Manager for Equal Exchange. I have proudly volunteered for the SCA and most recently, I worked to develop a cocoa tasters curriculum as part of a Cooperative Development Grant through USAID.
