What do you think are the benefits of the Q Processing Program?
The greater benefit is that we are being able to understand the language related to coffee processing that is used in different countries and/or operations as well as some key process indicators. Then we will be able to share knowledge and compare results being sure we are talking about the same thing and measuring the same as well.

What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?
I'm Cuatro M Cafe's General Manager. We produce, mill, export green coffee, and locally roast and commercialize in El Salvador
