What's your favorite coffee origin?
Desert island to drink, Ethiopia and Colombia; visited, Myanmar is pretty magical but I have yet to travel the world.
What do you think are the benefits of taking the Q?
The greatest benefit of taking the Q is fully understanding and gaining the tools to really understand how to cup coffees. Cupping is the heartbeat of it all.
What languages do you speak?
English, Korean and Spanish at an elementary level.
What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?
I am a roaster first and foremost, and am happiest training others on cupping and roasting. I am also continuing my education in science with the goal to comprehend coffee more academically.
