What do you think are the benefits of the Q Processing Program?

The Q Processing program offers a unique education system in the industry aimed at both coffee growers and professionals, which through its different levels offer innumerable benefits, among these I highlight the opportunity to implement quality assurance systems in coffee farms, learn about the impact of different processing methods on fruit and cup quality and standardize a common language regarding coffee processing.

What other activities do you carry out in the coffee industry?

I work in Quality Assurance at the Antioquia Coffee Growers Cooperative. I am a Coffee Consultant, I support different actors from producers to specialty stores, judge of different coffee quality contests and seller of special coffee roasted at origin.

Anything else you want to add? 

I assume teaching with proactivity, creativity, and with a lot of empathy and through my experience and training I try to generate a positive impact in the coffee supply chain.
