What's your favorite coffee origin?

That's a tough one, depends on the coffee and my mood.

It helps ensure that we are all speaking a common languagein expressing our opinions about coffee quality. 

What languages do you speak?

Fluent English and Portuguese. Semi-fluent Spanish

What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?

I own two roasting companies in Austin, Texas: Little CityCoffee Roasters and Casa Brasil Coffees. I also work as a post-harvestprocessing and quality analysis consultant.
