How long have you been in coffee?
I´m in coffee since 1991 as a small coffee grower and a coffee wet miller. In 2007 I became a Licensed Q Grader and since 2012 I´ve been a Q Instructor.
Which countries have you taught in?
I have taught just in Mexico and Colombia.
What's your favorite coffee origin?
Yirgacheffe coffee but I also like Colombian geisha coffee and of course, Mexican coffees with high sweetness and acidity.
What do you think are the benefits of taking the Q?
I think, it´s a recognition about our knowledge and skills in coffee tasting.

I´m a coffee advisor and I work in a NGO.
