What other activities do you do in the coffee industry?
As a Ph.D and Master in Coffee Economics & Science I work on research. I also do consultancy with coffee producers and exporters focused on coffee quality and processing.

Coffee is definitely my passion and I always try to communicate this message to the people I work with.
