At Coffee Quality Institute our different certifications and benefits can apply to people, coffee, and places. We want to take a moment to focus on two types of certifications – for places and coffee. Let's take a closer look at one of our In-Country Partners in Taiwan - Taiwan Coffee Laboratory and how they are working towards strengthening the Taiwan coffee industry.
Last year, CQI introduced and incorporated a new tool – flavor standards- into CQI Quality Evaluation training as way to continue improving the global language of coffee, specifically for flavors.
